Hi, I'm Kimberly!
Nice to meet you.  

I am a wife, mom of two boys, yoga instructor, and reflexologist; so movement is the foundation of my daily routine. My goal is to help you move your body better with pain free stretching and help your body function better with reflexology.

Hips and Low Back Yoga Flow | Yoga Mom Kimberly

Join me for a 35 minute hip and low back flow. We'll go through a few poses and hold them breathing through our stretches making sure we aren't pushing ourselves too hard.

Psoas With a Twist | Yoga Mom Kimberly

The Psoas muscle beings at the Diaphraghm and continues down to the thigh. It controls breathing as well as strength/function of the abs/thigh to lift leg. When it is weak so is your back and abs.
