1 hour session of yoga specialized to what your body needs. I will assist you in holding poses for several breaths allowing your muscle to properly stretch and release tension.
Reflexology Session
($60 Per Session)
Using touches and presses on the soles of your feet which correspond to different body parts, I will create a deep relaxation, improve circulation and lymphatic flow as well as pain relief in the comfort of your home.
